Vegas or reno question for betting locals

Just wondering for reno and Vegas sports books ,what is the highest you can bet at different casinoes? Are there limits or will the casinoes take almost any amount on let's say a straight up bet on a baseball team? Thanks

nevada casinos have low limits on sports wagers, the books are there for recreational bettors
if you are a known player with them, like meriweather, then they will raise the limits

In Reno $1000 at most shops 5k for NFL, of course it's negotiable at some places you just need to get approval from the manager, and depends on how lop sided things are. The M in Vegas will take bets in the 5 figure range no problem and occasionally in the 6 figure range.
